Letting go of her all black everything look for one night Rihanna fought back tears as she was honored as one of the women of the year for Glamour's. The event was held in New York City, Monday night at the Carnegie Hall. (Click here to see her acceptance speech)

Here's the official video for Rihanna's second single off her upcoming Album Rated R (Nov. 23) "The wait is over (wait your turn). I love the song I don't see why she didn't drop it as her first single than Russian Roulette.
